Have you heard how many saunas there are in Finland?
It’s clearly a popular and enjoyable activity for people here. While many people have saunas at home (usually electric), not everyone gets to enjoy the experience of a wood-burning sauna.
At Karsa, we are a diverse international group, but going to Lonna at the end of the summer for a sauna experience and dinner together has become an anticipated tradition.
We value this chance to step away from our usual routine and spend time with colleagues to chat, laugh, and get to know each other better. These team-building experiences help us build stronger connections, which ultimately lead to better collaboration and communication across the company.
